The Institute's campus is well developed having latest facilities & modern amenities, the academic department as well as providing residential facilities to the students. The academic block is well equipped with fully furnished lecture halls/tutorial rooms/computer labs, library, seminar/conference halls etc. to facilitate conduct of courses in a befitting manner. The campus has student support facilities like hostels, canteen, stationery shop, 24 Hrs. ambulance facility, medical support , transport & student activity centre. The Institute has made various additions in its infrastructure since its inception and strives for excellence in all fields.
The Institute inspires the students to develop a healthy body & mind which is a essential for personality development. The Institute has dedicated sports complex for the students. Both Indoor & Outdoor sports activities are conducted at regular intervals for the students to maintain their physical fitness.
All classrooms at RKGITM campus are spacious & most of them are in amphitheatre style. They provide the most conducive atmosphere for dynamic and focused discussions during class.
Classrooms at RKGITM have been designed to bring together analysis with action and are augmented with integrated audio-visual teaching aids for lectures, presentations etc.
The seminar hall of our institute is located at the ground floor of the institute's building and has a seating capacity for more than 200 students. The large stage and the air-conditioning area provide a pleasant ambience. Many institutional functions and seminars are held here.
The audio visual facilities and good seating capacity makes it an ideal choice for technical seminars conducted by the various departments. It has LCD projector and a retractable on stage screen for the same.
Library has always been the backbone of learning, a treasure house for ardent readers. The College Library is armed with more than 20000 books for B.Tech and MBA students. It is furnished with audio-visual aids. It houses wide-range of books on Engineering & Technology, Management, Science and Literature along with journals, periodicals, conference proceedings, magazines & newspapers etc. to satiate the desires of every student.
The Computerized search system is an added feature of library to assist students in locating their information resource. The institute prides in offering the best learning resources to the students and providing access to more than 91 National and International Journals through Gale cengage learning (Infotrac Engineering Collection) consortium. The internet provides comprehensive information to students and faculty members. The long opening hours of the library enable the students to utilize its vast potential.
Innovation & Entrepreneurship Development Centre (IEDC) Lab The Department of Science & Technology, Govt. of India has approved the establishment of IEDC-RKGITM form the session 2015-2016 for five years. This centre has a good lab, where the students work on their projects. This would encourage the students to become entrepreneur after completion of B.Tech programme.
RKGITM has good hostel facilities for boys & girls. The college hostels are well built and provide excellent facilities including computer corner with internet & WI-FI connection, 24 hours power backup. Recreation facilities like: TV room, indoor and outdoor games. The hostel messes are run with active cooperation and involvement of the students. Students get high quality, well balanced and nutritious vegetarian meal. RKGITM has students coming from various parts of the country; of which most of them belong to the states of Uttar Pradesh and New Delhi.
The transport facility is provided by the institute to the student & staff . Day scholars can avail institute buses running from various parts of the city. The college runs the buses throughout the Ghaziabad, Modinagar, Noida, Semapuri Border (Delhi) & also to the Delhi(Anand Vihar). For this facility the nominal charge is paid by the students.
At RKGITM, canteen is an open arena for debate for argumentative sessions on different issues cracking gossips, kidding and having lot of fun with cutlets, burgers, tea, coffee and coke etc., in between as gap fillers. Hygienic Indian and Continental cuisine at reasonable price with all day menu serving is the most alluring aspect of the canteen.
The institute has a sickroom also provides medical facilities to the students and faculty. First aid and elementary medical facilities are available in the hostel through a qualified Doctor. In case of emergency, student is taken to the nearest medical practitioner / hospital for which a van is available 24 hrs on campus and the local guardian is duly informed. . .
